No, this is not possible with the regular means of smapOne; only a link to the attached document is generated, which is displayed in the data inbox. The document can be downloaded if needed.
However, it is possible to use the RESTful API to develop automations that download attached documents from the smapOne platform and send them via email after a data record has been submitted.
