Is a user informed about a task for a smap in the smapOne app?

As soon as a user is assigned or forwarded a task, a notification appears on the device to indicate that a new task is ready.  

Optionally, the creator can now also set up an e-mail notification in which the task recipient is notified of a task assigned to them.
