I have used up the maximum number of linkable devices - what can I do?
Each user can link their account to a maximum of three devices (according to our license model). If this number is used up and you want to link another device, you must first unlink an existing device.
Call up device overview
Select the "Devices" menu item in the main menu.
On the left side of the device overview there is a list of all linked devices. Select the device for which you want to unlink.
Now click the "Unregister the device" link under the list of installed or uninstalled smaps. You will be prompted to confirm the deletion to prevent unintentional deletion. If you confirm the deletion of the device, the device is subsequently removed.
