How do I copy a smap?

On the one hand, you can create a copy of a smap in your own account, e.g. to build another smap based on the previous smap or to roll out the same smap to two different locations or similar. 

On the other hand, a copy of a smap can be sent by email, e.g. if you want to send the smap to a creator colleague or to a smap creator from another company. We may also request copies of smaps in support cases or when your Customer Success Manager is assisting you.
