Can I assign a task to another user?

As a user, if you have been assigned with a task, you have the option to make this available to another user for editing purposes. However, this does remove the task from your device and it can not be edited further. 

As a creator, you can remove the assigned task from any user and reassign it to another user as long as the target user is in the smap user group.
