How does the user and group management work?

When managing a user, you can make changes to the currently selected user and, if necessary, assign and or revoke smaps to this user.

When managing groups, you can define which users should be assigned to which group. The creation and use of a group can be very helpful if smaps are to be assigned to or withdrawn from several users with just a few clicks.
